Notes on partial revocation

If you have a right of withdrawal with regard to your order and should you exercise this right after submitting your contractual declaration with regard to part of your order, with the result that the threshold value specified by us with regard to the purchase price not to be paid by you or to be paid back by us falls below, we reserve the right to charge you for the proportionate shipping costs for the remaining part of the order. However, this only applies if we had already informed you of the amount of shipping costs for the remaining part of the order before submitting your contractual declaration or if you were able to easily calculate the corresponding shipping costs using our information before submitting your contractual declaration.
