The history of the Italian family company Risolì begins in the early 1960s in the Lombard town of Lumezzane. Founder Alfredo Montini wanted to replace the old-fashioned, heavy cast-iron pots with lighter-weight products. So he began making pots and pans from strong cast aluminum, choosing to use state-of-the-art non-stick coatings.
The result was and is the creation of cooking tools that are easier to use, easier to clean and, with their even heat distribution, ensure even cooking that optimally preserves the flavor and aroma of the food.

The BLACKplus cast aluminum pans offer a level of scratch resistance that is unsurpassed in non-stick coatings, thanks to the new El-Diamant-Profile coating. This mineral-reinforced non-stick coating is applied to a robust cast aluminum body with an extra-strong base.
The BLACKplus pans are characterized by a particularly even heat distribution, low-fat frying and easy cleaning.

The green non-stick coating of the Dr. Green cast aluminum pans is a real eye-catcher. Above all, the Greenstone coating impresses with its inner values, because it is manufactured in an environmentally friendly way and is nickel-free.
The body of the Dr. Green pans is made of robust cast aluminum with an extra strong base, so that the best possible heat distribution is ensured.

Solid cocotte, pleasantly light and with a robust coating
The Le Pignatte casseroles skillfully combine the best of the past and present. At first glance they appear like classic but heavy cast iron cocottes. But the pleasant surprise follows when you lift it at the latest, because Le Pignatte Cocottes are very easy to handle thanks to the lightweight construction made of cast aluminum.
