Returns - 2 easy steps

1. Revocation of the purchase contract within a maximum of 14 days

2. Fill out and print out the RETURNS FORM

If you cannot print out the returns form, please enclose the packing slip with the return shipment and, if necessary, add the additional information requested on the returns form by hand. Alternatively, please provide the information requested on the returns form by hand on a sheet of paper.

If you send in items without accompanying documents, there may be problems with assignment and delays in processing the returns.

As a rule, we need 2 working days for the complete examination and accounting processing of sent returns. We kindly ask you to refrain from inquiries about the processing status during this time.

Return costs: The buyer bears the direct costs of the return in the event of a cancellation of his purchase. More information can be found here.

Partial cancellation: If you only want to partially cancel your purchase and this means that our free shipping limit is not reached, please note the following linked information on partial cancellation.

Secure packaging: Parcel transport is often very rough. Therefore, please ensure that the packaging is secure when returning goods: the contents of the package must be secured against slipping on ALL 6 SIDES and adequately padded against impact and fall. The original packaging should be protected from damage by outer packaging (e.g. the folding box in which you received your shipment). We do not assume any liability for transport damage to the returned goods caused by insufficient packaging of the return!

  1. If you would like to exchange an item, please cancel and return as described above.
  2. Then order and pay for the item you want instead in a new order process.

We do not offset returned and newly ordered goods; Return/refund and new order are treated separately due to operational reasons.



As far as the packaging allows, all our items are subjected to an expert visual inspection before dispatch to ensure that you only receive goods that are free of defects typical of the type.

If something is wrong with the goods received

If you do have something to complain about, we ask you to name and prove any defects as precisely as possible when making a complaint. Instead of a detailed description, you are also welcome to simply send us a few photos (please take at least 1 of the entire product and 1 of the defect complained of in detail). It may be possible to clarify alleged defects before sending them back or to compensate for actual minor material defects in some other way to your satisfaction.

Please note: A complaint is not a revocation! In the event of a complaint, the purchase contract remains in effect for the time being, and we have the right to subsequent performance / rectification!
