Ovenproof stainless steel handle

Mineral B PRO is based on the successful Mineral B (Element) collection, but instead of the usual handle made of coated steel strip, the PRO version boasts an elegantly designed stainless steel handle that is comfortable to grip and is also fully ovenproof. You can also use the Mineral B PRO pans on an open fire or barbecue/BBQ without any problems.



For a natural non-stick effect

A wafer-thin coating of natural beeswax protects the steel of the Mineral B PRO pans until the first searing and also makes the searing process easier.

Over time, a dark brown patina develops on the frying surface, which provides a kind of natural non-stick effect, making frying even more pleasant and maintenance even easier.
