Steel enamel pans are traditional cookware with many benefits. The steel core ensures robustness and gives the pans a pleasant heaviness. The glass-hard, non-porous enamel protects the steel from corrosion, is scratch and cut resistant and is easy to clean. The enamel is highly heat-resistant and completely harmless even in the event of severe overheating.
Please note: While enamel is smooth like glass, like glass it is not non-stick! Always heat slowly on induction pans to avoid damage to the enamel!
