Ultra Light Original & Ultra Light Professional by Ronneby Bruk: Light cast iron with a machined surface
Traditional cast iron has one disadvantage: it is heavy. Ronneby Bruk's Ultra Light products are the solution. In an innovative high-pressure casting process, wall thicknesses that are thinner than in conventional iron casting can be achieved, resulting in a significant weight reduction. In a subsequent special grinding process, the products are given their characteristic surface.
As a result, the Ultra Light cast iron products are up to 40% lighter and therefore also suitable for users who previously shied away from the heavy weight of classic cast iron cookware.
Of course, the Ultra Light products are also completely seasoned with pure rapeseed oil in the factory for the first time, so that an optimal basis is laid for the patina that gradually forms during frying.
