Ovenproof, also for grill/BBQ

The Blue Carbon pans have a solid welded handle made of uncoated steel strip. This makes them fully ovenproof.

You can also use the Blue Carbon pans on the barbecue, on an open fire or directly on the embers.



For a natural non-stick effect

The Blue Carbon pans are made of blued carbon steel and have no artificial coatings.

Over time, a dark brown patina develops on the frying surface through use, which provides a kind of natural non-stick effect, making frying even more pleasant and maintenance even easier.
