And thanks to the practical handles of the Aron pouring pot, you don't even need pot holders: simply fold the gray inner parts of the plastic handles up over the lid and you can pour off the cooking water while holding the pot lid securely.

3-ply cookware with scratch-resistant non-stick honeycomb base
The frying surface of the premium cookware from Carl Schmidt Sohn has a special high-low structure: the uncoated stainless steel parts are raised like a net, while the non-stick coated stainless steel surfaces are lower. For example, a metal spatula or whisk simply glides over the bars made of uncoated stainless steel without even touching the non-stick coating underneath.
The elaborate construction made of multi-layer material also ensures good heat distribution throughout the entire cookware right up to the edge.

The Lübeck cutting boards are made from a wood fiber mixture that is pressed under heat and extremely high pressure. This creates a very dense, non-absorbent surface that is highly resistant to stains, bacteria and mold and is also dishwasher safe. The silicone slip stops integrated in the corners ensure safe working.
