    USA, CANADA

    The shipment of goods to the USA is suspended until further notice! The reason is new customs regulations issued by the US authorities, for which key procedures (e.g. the collection of customs duties) are still unclear. Until a solution is found, we are unfortunately unable to accept orders from the USA.

    Shipments to non-EU countries are VAT-free exports to a third country according to §4 No. 1a UStG; taxes, fees and customs duties may apply in the destination country.

     

     

    DHL Packstation (Germany only)

    We are also happy to send your parcel to a DHL Packstation in Germany.

    Address the Packstation correctly

    Street and house number = enter only the word "Packstation" + Packstation no. in the address field, e.g. "Packstation 123"

    Address suffix = your personal postal number (6-10 digits, please enter without spaces).

    Without your personal postal number, delivery to a Packstation is not possible!

    Please note, however, that items that exceed the maximum dimensions for Packstation parcels will automatically be delivered to a post office instead. If the Packstation or all compartments of a suitable size are already full, delivery can be made to another Packstation or a branch. In any case, please observe the collection deadlines to avoid chargeable returns.

    Information on calculating the delivery date

    The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

    Please note that shipments to non-European and European non-EU addresses may be subject to considerable delays in delivery due to the processing time of the customs authorities. The US customs authorities in particular sometimes take a very long time to process individual shipments. We ask for your understanding that we have no influence on the processing time of the customs authorities involved.

    As soon as your parcel has been handed over for shipping, you will receive a shipping notification from us by e-mail. Please check the spam/junk folder of your inbox if necessary.

    We only deliver to the countries / regions listed above. All other delivery areas not mentioned above are not served by us. We ask for your understanding.

    Switzerland

    Customers from Switzerland buy from us VAT-free if the delivery is made directly to Switzerland, as deliveries to Switzerland are exports to a third country according to §4 No. 1a UStG. Please note, however, that taxes, fees and customs duties may apply in Switzerland, over which we have no influence. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please also note that the delivery times stated on our product pages only apply to deliveries within Germany.

    No VAT refund!

    Many Swiss customers use German parcel stores near the border as their delivery address in order to save the higher shipping costs to Switzerland and then deliver the goods to Switzerland themselves. However, please note the following: As a matter of principle, we do not make any VAT refunds even if you can provide us with proof of export, as VAT refunds would involve too much additional bureaucracy for us. We ask for your attention and understanding.

    USA, Canada

    Customers from the USA, Canada buy from us VAT-free if the delivery is made directly to the respective country, as deliveries to these countries are exports to a third country in accordance with §4 No. 1a UStG. Please note, however, that taxes, fees and customs duties may apply in the destination country over which we have no control. Please inform yourself in advance at your local customs office. Please also note that any delivery times stated on our product pages only apply to deliveries within Germany.
