Cast iron roasters are very robust and durable cookware for traditional cooking. Cast iron roasters are of course significantly heavier than cast aluminum roasters, but they know how to impress with their excellent heat retention, ideal for slow, gentle cooking. The colored enamel inside and outside makes the roasters particularly elegant and easy to clean.
