The history of the Italian family business Risolì begins in the early 1960s in the Lombard town of Lumezzane. The founder Alfredo Montini wanted to replace the old-fashioned, heavy cast iron pots with lighter weight products. So he began making pots and pans from strong cast aluminum, opting to use state-of-the-art non-stick coatings.

The result was and is the creation of cooking tools that are easier to use and easier to clean and, with their even heat distribution, ensure even cooking that optimally preserves the taste and aroma of the food.
