New knife types from Burgvogel Solingen in the range
We have expanded our range of knives in the popular Olive Line collection from Burgvogel Solingen. Discover the three new additions:
1) Steak knife set
These steak knives are real eye-catchers and will undoubtedly be the star of the next barbecue, because the olive wood of the handles fascinates with its wide range of grains, which differ from handle to handle. You will receive 6 of these unique knives in a protective roll-up bag.
2) Nakiri knife
The Tokyo-style Nakiri knife is ideal for powerful cutting and chopping of vegetables. The high blade creates space for the hand to guide the knife cleanly parallel to the cutting board. And the much thinner and therefore less wedge-shaped back of the blade compared to chef's knives allows the knife to glide easily and quickly through even tall, firm slices such as potatoes or cabbage.
3) Chinese cleaver
Slicing and chopping vegetables and herbs is effective and quick with the Chinese cleaver. The high blade of the Chinese chef's knife also creates a lot of "storage space" for transferring the chopped food from the chopping board to the pan with the knife.
